invoices by paypal - the dumbest, most useless feature ever?

what is the point? does not work, does not do nothing. Spent an hour wasting my time, just to make 3 and cancel 3 invoices then stupid paypal sent thema email and they have no idea what is going on and niether do i.

So why is there a useless feature that does nothing but waste time on paypal.com?

yup paypal invoice is unusable. great company here, real great company. such garbage.
