UPS labels erroring

Hi everyone. Trying to create a UPS shipping label and getting a pretty non-specific error, "unable to process your request now."

My credit card/funding is current, sometimes it'll quote me a shipping price, sometimes not - but either way, it never generates the label. USPS works as expected, but they're more expensive in this case - and their service has been erratic lately.

Anyone else seeing UPS shipping issues?

Will this work for non marketplace shipping? I don't use ebay, etsy, etc. I see you said to connect your marketplace account, but that isn't what I'm trying to do.

Hello, 

I believe you can still do it without enrolling in the marketplace. 

Just make sure to choose the payment method as "Bill My Account" when you pay the label and connect your existing Paypal UPS account. 

Please see the above post to locate your UPS account number.

Then you should be able to get the discounted rates. : )
