When I receive a cash payment or a payment through Square I record the payment on paypal when I do that the shipping option is no longer there. I have to create a hand written addresses and to buy postage at the post office. HELP
Me too, this creates a lot of extra work. I hope they fix this!
ok, figured out a way around this. Go to tools, muliti-order shipping, create new shipment.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
