Shipping lables no longer printing receipt on other side and no Seller Preferences option found...

About a month ago my labels suddenly stopped printing on the receipt side. I read answer here but I an not shown what was stated. If I click on the cog top right of page all it does is show me my main PayPal Settings page with email addresses, language, time, addresses etc... nowhere do I find Selling or Shipping Preferences. 

On the Summary page there is a column labeled Seller Tools... but all the options there are only Manage Invoices, Manage Estimates, Manage Buttons and Manage MultiOrder Shipping... I clicked under each and nothing about Seller or Shipping Preferences.

The OLD/CLASSIC PayPal page Summary page had 3 options... Manage Invoices, MultiOrder Shipping & Seller preferences. That Seller Preferences page is where I fixed this same problem years ago. I saved the directions via Print Screen... useless now since good ol' classic PayPal was replaced by less helpful PayPal.

Anyone else have this problem and figure it out... thank you for any help if so!

Sorry if the website change has caused confusion. 

When this website change was completed, we tried to distinguish the difference between a personal account and a business account. Looking at your profile, I see it says you have a personal account. If you still want the options to view Payment Preferences and Shipping, you will need to upgrade your account to a business account. 

You will then see these options if you go into the Settings section on your account.
