When I use multi order shipping to create a shipping label, I need the other half of the label that shows a lot of info concerning that shipping. For example, cost of shipping, dates, To and From names addresses etc. The actual label on half of the page and this info on the other half. This works great on my account. Now a family member is printing shipping labels but only the actual ship label is printing out. The other half is blank.
