I am trying to create a return shipping label or someone who purchases something from me off etsy. Etsy wont let me print a return shipping label so I can going through PayPal but now it wont let me do it either. It keeps asking me for the shipping info but then cant remember it and starts over, then asks me to create a UPS account, I do that then it repeats the whole process again. I tried logging out and back in then it wont get me back to the shipping label section. Why wont it work?
