I am having issues creating a shipping label, I keep getting error code 50023 which says that payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds the available balance. There is enough money in the paypal balance and my bank is also linked to the account. Does anybody know how to fix this?
I am currently also having this issue. My bank account is linked. My debit card is linked. I called customer service twice and was basically told that it is an issue with their security algorithm that thinks it is a fraudulent charge and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I was told it shouldn't affect every listing, but so far it's been three days and I have been unable to print shipping labels.
