Shipping Label Is not working. Give me a hand

I've been trying to print a shipping label for one of my Depop orders since Friday. Every time I've tried its given me this:

"Sorry, we’re unable to process your request right now. Please try again later."

Is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it?
