Raising an invoice - it says merchant is limited

Hi

I am hoping someone can help, I have just set up a Business account and I have sent 1 invoice, however when trying to send a second it says merchant is limited.

 

Does anyone know what this means and how I change it?

Welcome to the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble sending an invoice. Based on the error message you've received, the invoice recipient might be limited. If you'd like to see if you have a limitation, you'll want to review your Customer Identification Portal and Resolution Center. If you have any outstanding issues, they'll typically show in one of these two areas. If either account is limited, they may be unable to receive invoices at this time.
