I have a business account and went through all the steps to verify my account but PayPal will still not allow me to Enable Payouts. I need to integrate PayPal to First Promoter so that I can pay my affiliates their commission.
I've talked to several customer support reps who have been unable to help me and there are no Help articles that give solutions. I'm stumped and not sure what the next steps are.
Is there a way to get in contact with a representative or has anyone come across a solution for this obstacle?
