Hello! I just set up an app in PayPal to manage the payouts for my business's affiliate program. I believe I have all the settings correct, except one. I am trying to enable payouts, but there is no option to enable it. I have a business PayPal account so not sure what I am doing wrong. Thank you!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
