For some reason I'm not able to create a shipping label no matter how many times I try. PayPal keeps saying that its "unable to process my request." I've tried to create the shipping label through different browsers, but it still didn't work, even after trying multiple times. I also see that many other PayPal users are having this issue, which makes me think that this is an issue on their end. I'm really confused right now, and this is really disappointing since this is my first impression of PayPal.
