PayPal Manager crashes immediately after logging into app.

After apparently (successfully) logging into PayPal Manager, only the Header title and top menu bar appear. Clicking a menu item immediately returns user back to a login page.
Steps to recreate:
- open page https://manager.paypal.com/
- enter credentials
- PayPal Manager page opens with only the header title and top menu bar, no other page content shown
- click a link in the top menu bar, page immediately closes
- user returned to PayPal Manager login page with banner message:
"Your session has expired. Due to potential security concerns, we have logged you out of Manager. If you continue to have problems, please contact support."
When monitoring this behaviour through a web console window, the following warning message is shown:
"Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://manager.paypal.com/js/function.js”."
It seems that the full page functionality does on completely load
