Was trying to create a shipping label and when I click on ship...under the shipping information it just spins and the payee's address will not come up. It has been doing that all day since early this morning. I have cleared my history and tried to print again but it still just spins. I tried it on my phone and the shipping to information does come up. Any help would be appreciated.
