For some reason when I print my packaging slip it moves my Item Number entries to the Description column and enters n/a into the Item Number column. It didn't used to do this until a PayPal update. Is there a way to correct this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
