This feature was once very easy to find. Now, I am having difficulty finding it once I log into my account. Please tell me where to find.
It's under "tools" at the top of the page.
What if there is no "Tools" at the top of the page? All I see is Summary, Activity, Send and Request, Wallet, Shopping and Help.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
