I run a small record label and had a preorder that began in December and now I'm looking to ship the items. The Multi-Order shipping option is only showing me the most recent 5 transactions and doesn't allow for me to adjust a date range to get to the December and January orders.
The orders appear in my transactions for single order shipping, but not the multi-order avenue.
