Merchant cannot bill me?

At my request a person is requesting money from me and cannot find my email as a Paypal user. He says he has typed it in but there is not a me!

Your paypal email address is normally the one you log into your paypal account with.

Thank you. He apparently tried to copy and paste my email address into Paypal and it did not work. I gave him the correct email to type in. He said that when he typed it in rather than copy and paste it worked and he sent me an invoice. Probably just operator error on his part.
