When a customer tries to pay an invoice with a MasterCard they see this message.

How do I set up my business account to receive payment with MasterCard?

The only thing that comes to mind is possibly the customer is based in a country where those other three cards types can be used, except MasterCard. Like countries in Eastern Europe, for example.
