I am trying to upload my logo for an invoice template. It is a JPG file within the given parameters ie. less than 100kb and smaller than the 75H x 200W pixels.
But every time I try to upload it, I get the message saying: "We are sorry. We experienced an error and couldn't add your logo. Please try again."
I have now tried endless times over the past couple of hours, and still no luck. Am I doing something wrong?
