How to print a shipping label

My customer paid thru PP but it is not giving me an option to print label.  It was a "money request" if that matters?

It sounds like the payment must not have an included a shipping address.

When you send a money request you can specify whether or not shipping is required. If it's not set as required, the payer could leave shipping empty, in which case you wouldn't see the option to print a label.

Do you see a shipping address included in the PayPal transaction details for the payment?
