How to Change Email Address on Packing Slip?

The email address that is printing on my packing slip is wrong. It is an old email that has not been associated with our account for several years. It is does not appear anywhere in our Account Information. The correct Primary Email appears on invoices - and everywhere else for that matter.

We are not linking to PayPal from any outside source.

 

This question has been asked several times over the last 10 yrs on these forums, but I see no answers.

Figured it out:

 

  1. Account Settings
  2. Business Information
  3. Update
  4. Edit (the top most Edit link in the Upper Right Hand Side, where your Business Account Name is)
  5. Customer Service Email
  6. Save

Not sure why this one email address is hidden in a different place from the others, but there you go!
