How do I issue a return label for goods no longer required by buyer?

I need help finding info on how to send a return label please.

The customer should do this themselves, just send them to the following link: https://www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

They will need to pay for shipping and obtain a label themselves, but the link above allows them to get refunded.
