I am a digital illustrator that creates digital drawing commissions for people. Now keep in mind all "products/goods/services" are digital and not physical.
So my question is how does one send invoices to clients that do not require their personal shipping address to be needed. Again I provide digital goods/products/services, nothing is ever physical and the item they purchase is usually emailed or sent to them through a messaging application.
I have been searching for a solution for this for a some time, as a number of potential clients have declined to pay due to having to input their personal shipping address for no reason as nothing is ever physically sent to the customer, again it's a digital illustration that is sent through email/messaging application.
Thank you all that help. I greatly appreciate the time you took out of your day to help!
