CUSTOMIZE INVOICE NUMBERS

I do not wish to have invoice numbers staring with 001.  How do I change/customize the numbers?

I am also looking for an answer to this. Here's the problem in details:

How can I set up a custom Invoice Number? I know I can do this, but I do not see the option here anymore. I did it for the entire 2020, and my invoices had invoice numbers like TD/2020/PP/XXX - I want the 2020 to be changed to 2021.

How do I do it?
