I have created a checkout for my clients on my website and have received mass complaints because there is a "quantity" box that is appearing on paypals side (can't alter it in my code on the site) and the payment in question doesn't require a quantity. This has been confusing for many people at best and I've had plenty of comments that it appears unprofessional. I'm not sure what I can do about it though. All my questions to PayPal themselves have gone unanswered. Is there a setting somewhere or do I need to recode my paypal buttons entirely. Or is this nothing to do with the buttons. (I'm not a coder I just copy and paste code and hope for the best.) Any insight on how to deal with this or who to contact would be amazing.
