Alright heres the thing. 1st one of my loving kids purchased a phone from ebay and set up Bill Me Later through my PP account. - Surprise Surprise!
Now not only do I find this out but i also find out that NO payment has ever been made. So I have been trying to link my paypal to bill me later so I can pay this stupid thing down befor it triples the original value.
I enter my birthdate and my last four for the verification and receive a 'we are unable to link you account' any ideas?
