I am trying to get the full amount deposited into my bank account. I have verified my social, my debit card and verified my bank account. However, my debit card is attached to a diferent address and here is my problem Paypal is dening the verification because of which. I tried to change the address but it it isn't going through...any suggestions? Also b/c I needed money, I already withdrew the $500 limit, so now I have a balance I want to take out.
I understand you have added a card, bank, and SSN - have you finished either the link and confirm process on the card or the Verification on the bank? Once you do one or the other in full, your limit should lift.
