so what user name and password do we enter.. and what is up with the security questions.. mine wont comfirm...
Your user name and password would be your email address and password. after loging on I would advise you to change the password. Click on my account then on profile then click on add or edit password.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
