this is my first time using paypal and I'm really, really, really confuse about the confirm deposit. I'm using a saving account and i already confirm my bank yet, some how it's having a hard time doing confirm deposit. I have read the instruction carefully yet, it still cannot confirm. I've been at this for over 7 weeks (I know I wait too long). Please help!
