It says my card is in another account and that I need to link my new account to my old one to gain access to it, but I know for a fact I never added this card to another account.
I already verified my Bank Account with PayPal, it's just the issue of adding the card itself.
This card is for Navy Federal Credit Union, it's the Debit card, and it's a Visa.
The Credit card has the same issue, so that isn't the problem apparently...
I don't know how to fix this issue, I've been trying all sorts of ways for about 2 weeks so far.
All I really want to do is add this card so I can actually USE my PayPal account.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?
