I transfered $40 from my bank account on the 16th of april and it still hasn't made it to my paypal account. For that matter, the payments that have been made via credit card are also not seeming to go through. Is this a normal thing? I am new to paypal but it seems pretty straight forward.... because this is a rather unenjoyable experience so far.
