I have a VERY old paypal account that is still linked with my bank account. When I try to log in, I am told that the account is locked. I just want to close the account so I can add the bank account to my new paypal account. I called the Paypal help line, but no one could offer a solution. Will I have to open a new bank account to get my money?
Can I get no answer? What's the purpose of having PayPal employees in the forum if no one will answer?!? It's been almost 10 days and I still have no money!!!!!
