Help I no longer have checking acct that I opened pay pal with

I no longer have checking acct that I opened pay pal with and when I put new acct in it says that checking acct is with another user, also this is with my credit cards.  How can I correct this and pay for something I got on ebay?

I have undated my information and contacted you guys to change my credit card information that is linked to my paypal account but when I tried to update the checking information which is still the same it stated that it was still linking to the old account using the previous email address. I would like for my paypal account to link to my checking as well as my credit card since my checking is the preferred pay method thru paypal.
