Help: Cannot Add Primary Bank Account

Hi I am a verified PayPal user but why I got this message when I tried to add Bank Account Under

My Account - Profile - Add/Edit Bank Account

Bank Accounts isn’t available

PayPal doesn’t offer this feature at this time.

and I get the same message when going to My Account - Profile - Bank Accounts.

Is there any restriction to do this in Bahrin?

Most likely pay pal does not support this bank or has had some bad dealings with this bank pending investigation.
