Cant put Prepaid debit card into paypal?

When i try it, it says this "Your credit or debit card has not been added since your card issuer does not allow checking the card's billing address. Please enter a different card number. If you have further questions, please contact the business that issued your card."

Yes you can use a pre-paid card in Paypal. Here are 2 things you can do. First, Go online and register your card with the card carrier (American Express, Visa, etc) so that there is a name and address tied to the account. Second, Contact the card company, very often with a pre-paid card you need to activate it for online use. Good Luck to you. I have been able to use Both prepaid Visa's and Amex's online and in Paypal after taking those steps.

Ummm can you say a little clearer cuz im not really sure about registering my card and card carrier and also my card is a Vanilla Visa

I have the same problem!  No one has answered me before.  Vanilla Visa lets you register the card but only with a zip code.  I did this last time and it worked, but when I tried this time PayPal refused to take my card!
