Every time i try to add my Amex to PayPal it says that it can not confirm it, but every time it does this it takes $1 off my credit card statement and hasnt put it back on or confirmed. What is wrong?
The same thing has happend to me( I used an Amex Giftcard) when trying to buy something and I would like to recieve the money back that they 'reserved' ($10).
I am about to make a purchase with my Amex card and read about two instances where this didn't work out. It seems that Amex charged a fee and would not confirm/deny the transaction. Were you able to resolve the issue?
