Bank Account Transfer to new Paypal Account

I want to link my bank account to my paypal account but my bank account is already assigned to an old paypal account that has since been locked.  I do not remember my old account password or username as I have not used it for several years  What do I need to do to link my bank account to my new paypal account?

If you are running into a speed bump when trying to get into your old account, I would suggest calling up our Customer Service. 

They would be glad to assist with getting the information switched onto your current account.

Hi, I have a bank account but don't use checks., just cash my disability check there.

I was filling out the bank information but left the space for ' Bank Routing Number'  blank.

I called the bank and got the number but can't remember where the blank space is!

Where is the bank routing number supposed to go?
