Dear Paypal,
Please help me to check my fund which i withdrew on 23/12/2017 to my bank account - techcombank in Vietnam.
The monies didnt come to my bank account due to i did wrong bank account number instead of credit card number.
On 3rd Jan, i called to Techcombank they said they return the monies to Citi bank. They told me wait the monies will be refund by citi bank.
On 6th i called Paypal services to talked to Peter, he asked my Techcombank bank account and said once the monies back to my paypal account then paypal will transfer directly to my bank account.
But until today 16th Jan i have not received the money back.
Today i contacted to citi bank again and they said they completed the refund on 5th.
Please help me and let me know when the money comes to my bank account.
