Hello.
Can anyone help me about this?
I registered on Paypal under business account since I read from reviews that business account is somehow way better than personal account. But then, not more than 24 hours after creating it, I changed my mind and thought of downgrading it. I talked to a representative of Paypal through email about it and seek for having a downgrade. The following day, she sent me an email telling me that she already downgraded my account. I checked my Paypal and I was glad to see that it was already downgraded. Within that day, my account got limited! I received an email again from Paypal asking me to submit documents to prove that my account is a BUSINESS ACCOUNT! I sent an email telling her that there was a mistake in the way I registered and I quickly changed it into personal after realizing the mistake. I did not receive a reply that day. The following day I received an email telling me to wait patiently while they are reviewing my account.
I don't know what to do anymore. It has been three days since my account was LIMITED and I am still waiting. My account was downgraded because I had a mistake registering it in a business category. And now that my account is downgraded and is a personal one, they are asking me to submit business documents! Please. Can anyone enlighten me about this one? Thank you so much.

When did you register with PayPal?
If you're just newly registered, the account is really limited whether it's a personal or a business account.
Once your account is a "PayPal Verified Account" already, the limit will be removed.

Para malaman mo kung verified na ba yung PayPal mo, pagkalogin mo, scroll down ka, under "More about your account", please click "See how much you can send with PayPal"
When you click on that, you should see this:
Kapag "COMPLETED" yung status nung dalawa ("Sending Limit" & "Withdrawal Limit"), that means Verified PayPal na yung PayPal account mo...
