wrong paypal address

hi i recently sold item on ebay with my old paypal details,its saying claim payment when i do it takes me to my old account were nothing is their the account hasnt been used for some time,i have contacted buyer to take payment back and resend but he will not reply please help wat can i do x

Hi Idarren

Try adding the correct email to your ppal and see if the money comes through

Dont forget your ebay address has to be the same as your ppal address
