i am able to receive payments on my paypal account before i have a card registered to it? i am curently waiting for my bank account details to be sent to me so as yet do not have a card linked to my paypal.....
You can receive payments to your paypal balance but you can only withdraw them to a bank account that you have verified to your paypal account and not a card.
