I refunded a buyer who wasnt happy with his purchase but paypal wouldnt let me add on the cost of return postage, so i refunded the original amount and refunded the £2.50 returned item postage through "send money" .He has emaied me severl times saying he hasnt rec ieved the return postage of £2.50 but my paypal account shows its been sent to his email but is unclaimed.He says he cant see where he has to claim s he hasnt had an email showing the refund.I am a new seller so dont know what to do now nd would be grateful for any advice
