hi there, 

i am just curious if someone says they have paid you through paypal but the money is in holding until you provide a shipping reciept is this a scam ?

paypal is one big scam itsself ..

holding millions of punds worth of money for no credable reason .

and then saying its for safety , when its for pure profit reasons only

im still waiting for my funds to be realeased not sure why i have to call paypal and ask for my own money .  they havent blocked any of my other payments into my account ?

I've had the same experience yesterday with somenone who wants to buy my car from ebay, and he send me an email (that he pretended was send from PayPal service) that included an receipt with money for the car, telling me that the payment for the car is waiting to be processed, but in order for me to receive the money I have to pay somenone located in London £400 through Western Union Money transfer then  send PayPal, using an invalid PayPal web,the proof that the money has been sent, and then PayPal will transfer the money in my account.

When I said I didn't agree with that, they started to threating me that they will come to see me, because of me they PayPal account will be close and so on. 

DON'T SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE THAT IS ASKING YOU TO SEND MONEY BEFORE HAVING THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT
