Can I use an orange prepaid card to open my paypal account if not what prepayment card can i use how about kalixa?

Your best option is either a PayPal product or Green Dot Money Packs.

Linking a gift card, prepaid card, or one-time-use card to your PayPal account may not work as many of these cards do not have any names or address info, just an amount and a card ID.  In most case, PayPal will reject the card.  You can try but, there no guarantee it will work.
