not showing payment

an ebayer has recently sent payment via paypal but is not showing anywhere in my account.it is saying unclaimed there end can anyone help

Me too. I have received an e-mail saying I have a payment, but go to my account and there's nothing there. My E-Bay buyer has contacted me saying the payment is unclaimed. What do we do?

Ok, I've done some digging, and discovered that if you change your e-mail address E-Bay keeps the oldest address it has on file and uses it in your listing.

I've recently changed my e-mail address, listed some stuff and failed to spot my old e-mail address listed as the one to send Paypal payments to.  So be sure to check the e-mail on your listings!

im getting the same thing, and contacting paypal is useless!
