limits still not lifted why????

still waiting for my limits to be lifted even though i have done every thing and now it is saying

 

More account information required

 

yet it says every thing has been done

what can i do when it says every thing is done and i cant do any thing limit nearly reached and about to start loosing out

I am having this same problem, I have completed all the steps to lift the limit however it is still in place. . can someone please sort this for me?

Same issue here - all green ticks but "More account information required". Would be great to get this fixed.. 

 

 

I've emailled support what I thought to be a decently detailed query twice now, and both times have got a generic and completely useless response telling me how to change my password! Infuriating!

I phoned in the finish and they sorted it in under 2 minutes. I wish I had phoned sooner now. Just phone to get it sorted.

It seems as though hitting them up on twitter or giving them a ring is the best course of action... not too sure if this forum is monitored any more, and the less said about the automated email support the better!

Hi I've upgraded my account to premier from personal. I trying to raise my receivable amount of money each year. I read that it gets increased or changed to unlimited when a business or premier account. I've gone through the process adding information which paypal require to do so. I've got to the last stage where I upload information which I have done so however after uploading both proof of I.D and Address it says in progess status symbol as oppose to a green tick even though I have completed the section.  If you could get back to me asap with directions to fix this that would be great. thanks
