it says that 5 has been sent but it hasent

i have recived £5 but it has not come up in the account i think this is because i have 2 paypal on the same email when i ask for a new password it sends it to the1 i know and not with the 1 with the money in how do u get into the 1 with the money in??

Hey there charliebo,

 

Welcome to the community.

 

You can only have one PayPal account associated with a single email address.

 

Ask your buyer what email address they sent payment too. Once you know this, if its an email address you have then you can add it to your PayPal account and confirm it for the payment to credit to your PayPal balance.

 

If you don't know the email address ask your buyer to cancel the payment and resend it to the correct email address.
