hi, i have been buying from ebay for years now, and paypal always take funds from my bank account and pay instantly. lately though, it has been saying i have a negative paypal balance and i must transfer funds from bank before i can pay for things. Why? i dont understand whats changed. i have plenty of money in my bank account, so why has paypal stopped taking it, and is now making me transfer it, which takes 5 days. help please. Karen.
Hey there, our system will not allow you to complete payment if there is a negative balance, as the negative balance may be as a result of an issue with a buyer or your finances. It may be best to contact PayPal directly or log straight into your PayPal account and review any updates there.
