double payment for the same item

If this is a case where you have paid twice for the same item. This can normally be resolved pretty quickly by contacting the seller and advising them of what has happened. Remember, when the seller looks on eBay, all they see is item paid for. Ask them to review their History Log and they will see it there. They can just click on the refund option and the payment returns to you complete and the seller has no fee to pay. Failing that, you can contact PayPal Customer Service and ask them to review the issue. Good luck.
